Allrite Heating & Ventilation is located in Prince George, B.C. and was established in 1999. We have evolved into a successful mechanical contracting firm focusing our efforts on the ventilation and sheet metal portion of commercial and institutional construction projects.

The owner (John Worswick) has 27 years experience in the mechanical sheet metal industry having worked on and managed a variety of projects ranging from small jobs of only a few hundred dollars to large commercial and institutional projects of over a million dollars for the ventilation portion of the contract.

Some of our Completed Projects

DP Todd Secondary School Ventilation Upgrade Phases III & IV. Project consisted of the removal of existing ventilation systems and equipment and the supply and installation of new equipment and ducting as well as the coordination of sub-contractors for controls and balancing. The scope of both phases of this project was a combined total of 21,200 square feet of classroom and hallway space.

Prince George Regional Hospital 5th Floor Medical School Renovation. Started in 2006 and completed in 2008, the project consisted of removal of existing supply, return and exhaust systems and installation of new supply, return and exhaust systems including new air handling equipment for a 15,000 square foot hospital floor renovation.

Hydro Mechanical Shop Building. Completed in 2008, the project consisted of ducted exhaust and make up air systems for a 14,000 square foot maintenance shop as well as heating and ventilation for the office area.

Ruskin Construction Shop Building. Completed in 2007, the project consisted of ducted exhaust and make up air systems for a 12,300 square foot maintenance and fabrication shop as well as heating and ventilation for the office area.

Northern Steel Fabricators Addition/Renovation. Completed in 2008, the project consisted of ducted exhaust and make up air systems for a 20,500 square foot fabrication shop as well as heating and ventilation for the office area.

Port Edward Water Treatment Plant. Completed in 2005, the project consisted of ducted exhaust and make up air systems.

Prince Rupert Casino. Completed in 2008, the project consisted of ventilation systems including welded kitchen exhaust systems for a 34,000 square foot casino facility.

Private Residence - Kitchen Components. This project entailed adding to the backsplash, supplying and installing the stainless steel hood fan, installing the ductwork, and forming and installing the stainless steel cover above the cabinets.

A & B Home Hardware Store Supplied and installed complete HVAC systems for 22,000 square feet of retail space including air handling equipment, ductwork, control equipment and wiring, insulation of ductwork, refrigeration equipment and piping.

Sands Bulk Oil Sales The project consisted of 2 floors of office space, a shop space and a semi trailor wash bay ventilation system.
